Exchanges

If you require a different size in an item you have purchased, you may return it within 7 working days from the date of receipt for an exchange.

Please let us know that you would like to exchange an item so that we can check that your exchange item is in stock. Do this by e-mailing our Customer Services Team at websales@tribalvoice.co.uk. We will then reserve the item for you until we receive the original item back. Reserved items will be held for 7 working days after contacting us.

Any item returned for exchange must be in its original as new condition*, including tags and all original packaging. Some products will be non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us regarding any item you would like to exchange. We will then inform you about the returns policy and assess if the item is returnable.

We will cover the charge for delivery on exchange items the first time. However if you wish to exchange again you will be charged postage. The cost of returning the original item is your responsibility. You will receive an email to inform you of dispatch within 2 days from when we receive the original item back from you.

Please email us stating the order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return, and whether you require an exchange or refund. Please note that until we receive the item, it is your responsibility. Package all return item(s) securely, and mark the Sender’s address on the reverse of the package.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. We also recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting when returning your item(s) back to us. This will assist in the event of loss or damage.

Note: When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, body spray or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please handle all items with care and do not apply any unnecessary force to garment fastenings or other items that may result in damage. Store items at risk of scratching in a non-abrasive box or pouch. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Return all items in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

 

Returns / Refunds

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Contact us within 7 working days from the date that you receive your order, you may return most item(s). Any returned item must be in its original as new condition*, including tags and all original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the item on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, if preferred. We will credit all refunds to your original method of payment. This is the full cost of the item itself and not the postage amount. Some products will be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us regarding any item you would like to refund. We will inform you about the returns policy and assess if the item is refundable.

The cost and safety of returning the item to us, is your responsibility.

Faulty / Incorrect items

All items go through a thorough check prior to dispatch. Despite this, we recognise that sometimes small faults are missed or wrong items / sizes selected. We apologise if you have received an item which is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty*, please contact our Customer Services team by emailing us at  websales@tribalvoice.co.uk within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. Please ensure to explain the nature of the fault, so that we can assess the action required. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. (Generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays). You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

*Note: Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept items as faulty if they have had their garment tags removed or appear to have been worn. So to avoid any disappointment we recommend that you fully inspect goods before removing tags or wearing them.

Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer services team by emailing us at websales@tribalvoice.co.uk within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product, reason for return, and whether you require a replacement or a full refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. (Generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays).

 

Posting your parcel

You will need to pay the postage on any returns. However we will pay the postage on any item sent to you in exchange the first time. If exchange occurs more than once you will be charged postage. If you return an item due to a fault or as incorrect, we will refund all reasonable postage costs.

Please ensure you adequately package all returns as we cannot accept liability for damage to items returned to us without suitable packaging. All product(s) must have all of its tags and labelling still attached.
