Please make sure to pay this £5 deposit per session when booking your Body Piercing Appointment. You must do this through our website and not in-store. This is to ensure you don’t miss your appointment and secure your booking. The entire deposit amount goes towards your new piercing!
- If you haven’t payed your deposit but have made a booking: We will hold your appointment for 60 mins before offering the slot to another customer.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment: Please notify us no later than 48 hrs before your appointment time. Otherwise this will be classified as a missed/late appointment, therefore resulting in loss of deposit.
- After 48 hrs before your appointment: PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once made, there are no refunds of deposits if the appointment has been missed. There are no exceptions to this rule.
During your appointment, you will be offered a selection of body jewellery to choose from. Please note that any prices listed online is the minimum per piercing. Prices may vary depending on the jewellery chosen.
Our fully qualified piercer will talk through your aftercare, at the end of your appointment. We will also be email this information to you. Please follow your aftercare information to avoid any problems from arising. All piercings are non-refundable. You as the customer are fully responsible for your own aftercare.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new piercing, you must make us aware before leaving the studio. After all, we want you to be 100% happy before you leave.
